Support For Individuals and Families
K. Harris Counselling provides a variety of therapy services for individuals and families in Niagara, designed to tackle challenges and improve overall mental health and well-being. We offer flexible options, including in-person and online therapy, to best meet our clients' needs and preferences.
Individual Therapy (ages 16+):
Individual therapy sessions are personalized to fit your needs. In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, you're encouraged to express yourself and develop coping strategies to reach your goals. We offer short-term, solution-focused therapy and longer-term, in-depth treatment options to address various concerns and challenges you may be facing.
Psycho-education Counselling for Families:
Our family psycho-education sessions aim to enhance understanding within families dealing with mental health challenges. These sessions provide evidence-based support to families supporting a loved one facing mental health struggles. It's not traditional family counselling, but a structured approach to empower families on the journey of supporting their loved ones.
In-person Therapy:
We offer face-to-face therapy sessions in our professional, private, and confidential office space.
Online Therapy:
We offer online therapy sessions in Niagara via video or phone. This is a convenient option for those who cannot come to our office or prefer the flexibility of counselling from the comfort of their own home. Virtual sessions are conducted using a secure and confidential platform.
